Physician Assistant Vancouver, WA

We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to join our medical group full-time in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a well-qualified, caring provider to join our large, knowledgeable group of medical doctors, PA’s in our family and urgent care practice.

The providers work to provide their patients with comprehensive treatment options that benefit each person's emerging or chronic medical needs-whether it’s a same-day appointment for an unexpected cold or a long-term plan to manage chronic pain. We believe in a patient-centered approach to medicine, where each patient becomes a partner with their healthcare provider, taking part in decision making and care plans. In our Family and Urgent Care practice, we use state of the art technology and emerging methodologies to provide our patients with the best care possible. We offer both family practice needs with the ability to see and treat patients on an Urgent/same day basis.


  • Graduation from an Accredited PA program
  • Current PA license in WA
  • Minimum 1 year experience- preferably in Family Practice/Urgent Care
  • Bilingual helpful but not required


  • Patient Care- Primary care and Chronic Care patients
  • Female Preventative health
  • Adult Preventative health
  • Well Child Visits
  • Same Day/Urgent Care visits
  • Procedures (ie: laceration repair, abscess drainage, nail avulsions, joint injections to name a few)
  • Documentation- Accurately and Timely
  • Order and Review Labs/Bloodwork/Imaging
  • Patient Education
  • Pharmacological management

Salary (range):

  • $115k-$125 k per year (depending on experience/qualifications)


  • Bonus Compensation- 5% salary quarterly for same day chart closure rate of 90%
  • Vacation- ~4 weeks per year (160 hours)
