Practice Details

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Primary Care Provider, Urgent Care, ER, Occupational Medicine or Trauma Unit
• Responsible for managing and directing general comprehensive ongoing wellness care
• Work closely with clinical staff in coordinating and obtaining needed services for patients and families
