**Endocrinology Mid-level Provider opening in Indianapolis**
* Full time, permanent
* Seeking a certified NP/PA to serve join established Endocrinology practice
* Mon. Fri. Schedule: 38.5 hours - 42 hours a week
* Candidates MUST have IN license and must live within 30 minutes of location
* Saturday schedule: Required to work 6 Saturdays per quarter. Will receive a flat rate of $450 on top of their annual salary for each Saturday they work. Can work extra if desired but required 6 per quarter. Likely they will rotate Saturdays. 8AM -1230PM
* Internal medicine/general or family practice providers are welcome to apply
* Looking for a candidate interested and excited about ***Mens wellness.***
* We are expanding ours services to broad scope of wellness (allergy testing, sleep studies, etc.) and we would like a team player who is willing to take on a challenge; interested in learning a new skill set.
* This is a fast paced environment and we need a provider who can connect with a patient in the short time they are in the clinic we pride ourselves on that!
* Candidates must be fluent in English as they are interacting with our patients daily.
