TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time emergency physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the emergency department (ED) team at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, Nevada. Candidates must have at least one year of ED experience. We are not accepting applications from new grads at this time. This 75 bed hospital has 15 ED beds, an annual volume of 23,000, 12 hour physician shifts, 12 hours daily of APC coverage, an admission rate of 10%, moderate acuity and helicopter service. The EMR is MedHost. Scribes are in the ED, bedside U/S is in the ED, specialty back up is available for cath lab, OB/GYN, ortho, and peds.
