We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA)/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient treatment team. You will be treating the life-span patient population in the Crow Wing County of Minnesota.

Schedule: M-F, Weekend, and Night shifts are available

Job description: Provide outpatient care; assess, plans, evaluates, implements and coordinates care of patients. Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals, utilizing advanced health assessment, knowledge and decision making skills. Involvement with the patients will cover the continuum of care from evaluations, treatments, referrals for patient services, and coordination of discharge and follow-up. Patients of all ages served. Supports and demonstrates family centered care principles when interacting with families and with co-workers. Works closely with interdisciplinary team members and interacts frequently with other departments.
