Immediate Care is a fundamental core service we provide to the communities we serve. Our Immediate Care associate providers are an integral part of our Immediate Care service and because we continue to grow, we are searching for additional nurse practitioners and physician assistants to join us at multiple community-based Immediate Care locations.
We are a strong and growing integrated health care system that serves more than 32 communities in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. As the region’s only clinical affiliate of Mass General Hospital, we are comprised of a health care model that aligns primary care providers with highly-trained subspecialists in one network. Our providers enjoy a collaborative, supportive environment that values on-going efforts to improve quality and assure patient satisfaction.
