We are seeking an experienced PA to join a long-standing health system outside of New York City for the role of Director of Physician Assistant Services.
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years’ clinical managerial experience.
- Proven track record of collaborative and consensus building and has experience collaborating with multi stakeholders to drive strategic/business planning and financial and operational performance.
- Supported under the leadership of the Chief Medical Officer.
- Lead a team of 145 Physician Assistants over all specialties.
