Piedmont Heart Institute (PHI), located in the heart of Atlanta, is recruiting for Critical Care Nurse Physician Assistants. PHIs critical career extenders provide 24-hour, on-site coverage to high acuity patients while delivering the best care possible. This is a full time position working primarily night and weekend shifts.

We are seeking knowledgeable, highly motivated, and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who have a strong desire to work in adynamic environment and excel in Cardiovascular Critical Care. Work with top critical care physicians in an autonomous environment where your skills and input are valued. You will become competent in a multitude of critical procedures and management strategies to include vascular access and line placements, bedside US, mechanical ventilation,hemodynamics, and complex mechanical circulatory support including ECMO and LVADs. As a cardiovascular critical care APP, you will be part of a collaborative team who provide specialized care for patients pre and post cardiovascular surgery including heart transplantation, patients with advanced heart failure,cardiogenic shock, and other complex multi-organ problems. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:

PA: Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board
