Northern Los Angeles County community clinic needs a full time FNP, ANP or PA for M- F temp to perm or per diem on Saturdays
- Scope of practice: FQHC primary care for all ages
- Dates coverage needed: March 6 – ongoing
- Full Time Provider Work schedule: M-F 7:30a-5p
- Per Diem Coverage Needs: Saturdays 8a-5p in downtown LA and Cerritos,
- Volume: 20 ppd
- EMR: NextGen
- Requirements: active CA lic, BLS and 2+ years of experience
