TeamHealth is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established inpatient primary care team in Whidbey Island, Washington. The ideal candidate will offer experience working with patients in skilled-nursing, long-term care and nursing home facilities. Whidbey Island is located approximately 30 miles north of Seattle. The island forms the northern boundary of Puget Sound and is approximately 55 miles long. It is home to a Naval Base called Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. The island provides an abundance of farmers markets and festivals throughout the year in addition to a full range of outdoor recreation activities including hiking, kayaking, and boating.
