CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

*Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
*Required Procedures: Arterial and Central Lines
*Preferred Procedures: Vent Management, RT and Anesthesia
*Required Certifications: PA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
*Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 2 years of Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care Experience as APP
*Must Have Clean Malpractice and References

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION

JOB INFORMATION
*Typical day: 7p-7a in house with a back up call provider and telemedicine available to the APP.
*Support Staff: 1 APP | Tele-ICU Physician and an On-Site Physician is Available within 20 Mins
*24-Bed ICU
*AVG Census: 9
*Procedures: Resp Failure, Sepsis, COVID and/or Med-Surg | ECMO Managed by ECMO Team
*ICU Census: 24 Patients
*EMR: Epic
Procedural Skills
o Required – Arterial and Central Lines
o Preferred – Vent Management Preferred
o RT and Anesthesia are responsible for intubation (NOT REQUIRED)
