Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C_) needed in Chinle, AZ (AZ).

  • Scope of Practice: Outpatient Clinic seeing scheduled patients as well as walk ins
  • Location: Chinle, Arizona
  • Patient Population: Ages 2 and up
  • Dates: 06/20/2022 - 9/30/2022 with an option through 12/31/2022
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday- 8am to 5pm
  • Compensation: Competitive compensation paid weekly via direct deposit.
  • Travel & Housing: Lodging and Travel are provided.
  • Requirements: Any state license, BLS DEA, and at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice provider
