Correct Care Recovery Solutions (CCRS) has partnered with the Massachusetts Department of Corrections to comprehensively manage and provide medical and mental health care, forensic mental health evaluation and treatment, substance abuse treatment and dental services to patients at Bridgewater State Hospital. Overview

Our Assistant Hospital Administrator shall be responsible and accountable for all clinical aspects of the Program.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Discipline, Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Services Administration.

Experience:

  • Must have significant progressively responsible management experience overseeing an operation of similar size and scope.
  • Experience in forensic mental health, and experience managing a hospital in a correctional setting, is preferred.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with The Joint Commission hospital standards and accreditation and financial responsibility with budgets desired.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • None required

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organize, and directs the clinical services of the Hospital. This includes but is not limited to Program Services, Social Service, and Intensive Treatment Planning.
  • Provides a single point of contact for all issues and provide direct oversight and management of each subcontract.
  • Recruit, select, retain, and direct senior- and mid-level staff to manage programs required to meet the obligations of the contract.
  • Works with the Medical Director and Chief Nursing Officer to coordinate and provide a full spectrum of services to the patients served.
  • Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, ACA and all regulatory bodies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
