An outpatient facility specializing in neuro-immunology is currently seeking an APRN or Physician Assistant to join their team. In this role, the provider will be responsible for providing outpatient care to Multiple Sclerosis patients. This position has a fantastic schedule with no on-call!

Responsibilities:

The APRN / Physician Assistant (PA) will be responsible for providing comprehensive, quality based care for patients with nervous system and immunology diseases by:

• Participating in the medical management of patients
• Achieving or maintaining optimal health status
• Managing the disease and reducing risk of illness
• Participating in monthly programmatic team meetings
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in a related field
• Neuro experience
• CT licensed APRN or PA or willingness to get CT license
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
