Physician Assistant (CVS) needed in New Mexico
Medical Center is seeking an Cardio Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant.
- New or Experienced - If new P, A must be Acute Care Trained. If experienced, must be able to provide current inpatient logs
- Prior Cardiology experience preferred
- NM License preferred but will consider each candidate
This position currently includes general cardiology, advanced imaging, interventional and structural cardiology (including? TAVR and Mitraclip), congestive heart failure, electrophysiology (including LAA closure, Afib ablation, etc.), peripheral vascular interventions and women' s cardiovascular health programs.
Facility: - It is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). - The facility includes fully staffed 24-hour emergency care, a specialized Heart Center, Women' s Center, Comprehensive Intensive Care Services and an All-Digital Imaging Department, plus Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Wound Care Center/Hyperbarics, Diagnostic and Imaging Services, Pain Management Center and an ADA Certified Diabetes Program.
Location: - This is a beautiful and growing community, nestled in the mountains and mesas of southern New Mexico - Located just 45 minutes away is El Paso International Airport, making travel to and from convenient. - It experiences four mildly distinct seasons, with the harder part of the winter occurring during December and January, when the average daytime temperature is 57 degrees.
