OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Cardiology
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm

They own and operate outpatient centers, while also partnering with local physician practices to enhance and expand services. They have nearly 500 providers in their network (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants - primary care and many specialties) and are excited to continue expanding healthcare access in Arizona.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider will work within a well-supported infrastructure that provides 24/7 care access to patients. Each patient is assigned to a care coordinator, who functions as their liaison. When a healthcare concern or question arises, the patient contacts their coordinator to be triaged, book appointments, get specialist referrals, etc., and are guided through the process.
The practice also provides in-home health monitoring equipment, which they send to patients free of charge, to allow the office to receive regular diagnostic information on the patients’ various health conditions.
This is a standard outpatient setting and the duties of the provider role include, but are not limited to:
- general cardiology care
- consultations
- other specialist referrals as appropriate
- telehealth visits when appropriate (performed from the office)
- review diagnostic reports from patients’ in-home health monitoring equipment
The patient base consists of adults and the daily volume varies based upon provider preference and patient needs.
Clinical assistants are available to room/prep patients and assist as needed.
The clinic uses a customized EHR, developed through eClinicalWorks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year of cardiology experience
