Your Role in the Company:

• Provide coverage for Senior Services (as needed)

• 32 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Opportunity to provide coverage in Saturday clinic and for weekend Emergency Department shifts alongside a physician

Profile Background:

• Required: Current APRN License in the state of MN

• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner

• Required: Physician Assistant qualifications: National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification

• Must have current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and have current ATLS course credentials

• Must have the ability to work independently

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Project a positive image for Lakewood Health System and its entities
