Opportunity: Medical center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for cardiac care to work in a diverse clinical environment. The core competencies of the job entail: Vein Harvesting, Surgical Assisting, Patient Rounding and Outpatient support, Inpatient care and ICU management. Work from a multidisciplinary association of cardiologists and cardiac surgeons within a well established heart institute. You will work with nationally-known cardiac surgeon and join an expanding team to provide the greatest in cardiac/thoracic intervention for the eastern Iowa and western Illinois communities. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgical program.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Being Considered

Federal DEA Registration

Iowa Medical License (Or ability to obtain one)

Critical Care experience

Vein Harvesting experience
