A health organization in the Central Massachusetts is seeking a experienced Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead their Electrophysiology Service Line
The ideal Lead Cardiovascular NP holds previous EP lab experience or extensive cardiology experience and possess excellent organizations and communication skills.

A health organization in the Central Massachusetts is seeking a experienced Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead their Electrophysiology Service Line
The ideal Lead Cardiovascular NP holds previous EP lab experience or extensive cardiology experience and possess excellent organizations and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with schedulers to ensure that case loads are manageable for the team.
- Provide administrative support and collaborate with all members of the team to ensure clinic operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate further education and in-services
- Work with fellow and attendings to triage daily add on's.
- Ability to assist with EP consults & device interrogations as needed.
- Collaborate with cardiac surgery on complex cases such as convergent procedure and lead extraction
- Manage patient phone calls that involve all procedure - related questions.
- Assist with clinical patient management as needed: See established EP patients , provide basic arrhythmia management; maintain pre and & post procedure visits.
Requirements:
- Active Advanced Practice license required.
- 5+ years of cardiology procedure experience as an NP or PA.
- Electrophysiology - EP experience, strongly preferred.
- Experience with cardiology procedure workflow.
- Leadership experience, strongly preferred.
