Position Title: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Benefits and Features:

• $90,000 – 120,000/depending on experience, plus productivity bonus

Your Role with the Company:

• M-F, rotating weekend call
• The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will rotate for outpatient services within 5 critical access locations in the Appleton area
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will join a knowledgeable cardiovascular program consisting of non-invasive imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery and vascular medicine

Background Profile:

• Nurse Practitioner/NP, APRN, MSN, Physician Assistant/PA-C
• 5+ year of experience in Cardiology, CCU or ICU
• Electrophysiology / EP experience is a plus
• WI Licensed and DEA Licensed
