Physician Assistants needed for growing ambulatory sites in NYC:

• 100% outpatient primary care practice, weekends only
• Saturday 9am-4pm; Sunday 10am-4pm
• Built-in referral system and insurance network for primary care referrals
• Specialty coverage and hospital affiliation for specialty services not provided on-site
• Full scope of primary care services: diagnosis, treat, coordinate patient care, preventive care
• Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
• Focus on preventive health recommendations and habits
• Relationship-centered care, collaborative model: holistic, psychosocial, and physical needs
• Each site when fully staffed: 2 MDs, 3 RNs, 2 Mas, 1 APP
