Hospital is seeking 3 additional Advanced Practitioners with ideally 3+ years of experience in Cardiothoracic / Cardiovascular Surgery to replace one PA and to also improve efficiency and workflow for patients in the operation room. Incoming PA would be involved with complex CV surgical cases as part of a team of highly specialized team of physicians and assistants.
There are 6 CV Surgeons in group. Incoming Assistant is required to have EVH experience and certification in CV surgery. Group will consider graduating candidates as well.
The primary responsibility is OR 1st assist / EVH. Rounding is minimal, but would be highly valued going forward.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Surgeries/EVH in the mornings, Post OP follow-up visits in the afternoons (noon to 4: 30pm).
Call (weekdays/weekends): Light and Limited. No VAD on call at this time.
