- $105,000 to $115,000 Annual Base Salary, dependent upon experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This organization was founded in 2013 by three well-established New York primary care physicians who wanted to respond to the changing healthcare environment. Since that time, they have grown to include more than 200 employees and 50 medical providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants). They operate 12 clinics throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan, focusing particularly on Chinatown, Sunset Park, and Flushing. In addition to a robust primary care service line, the organization also offers cardiology, physiatry/PM&R, and hematology/oncology, with several additional specialties slated to open within the clinics in the near future. They are currently seeking providers to join their team due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new cardiology provider will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population.

Providers can see as many as 50 patients per day, if they're working extended hours alongside an assistant or physician. Average daily volume varies dependent upon length of shift, types of appointments, and staff support.

There are no on-call responsibilities. The after-hours answering service may occasionally call a provider with an emergency question, but this is rare.

The new provider will have 4 work sites in Brooklyn to choose between, all with extended hours and weekends. This provides many options to create a full-time schedule that suits the provider's work/life balance needs.

All work is within the area of general cardiology.

The clinics use the MDLand EHR system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- New York PA license w/ board certification
- DEA
- no experience required
- must speak Chinese
