THE SETTING/SPECIALTY: Inpatient Cardiac Care / Vein Harvesting
THE LOCATION: Davenport, Iowa
Full time/permanent position
Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiac Care Team in Davenport, Iowa. The facility is very stable and well established and the focus is on providing the absolute highest level of quality patient care. The staff is very friendly and team oriented to work with and an excellent mentoring environment is provided.
THE DETAILS:
Responsibilities include vein harvesting, surgical assisting, patient rounding, outpatient support, inpatient care and ICU management
Excellent compensation and full benefits
Relocation assistance is available
Sign on bonus
New facility with state of the art surgical suites
Opportunity to work with a nationally recognized cardiac surgeon
Surgical call is 1:2; hospital inpatient call is 1:4
You will be joining a team of 3 NPs
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal NP or PA will have at least 2 years of experience in a cardiothoracic surgical program
Iowa NP or PA license (or eligible) is required
Federal DEA registration is required
All candidates must have critical care experience
Vein Harvesting experience is highly preferred
