NEXTLocums, a Division of Health Carousel based out of Cincinnati, OH, is working closely with a medical center in the Philadelphia, PA area to find a Cardiology Physician Assistant for per diem OR 13-week contract.

Details & Requirements:

• PA state license required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience required
• Must be BE/BC
• 40 hours per week – 10 hours per day
• Patient volume: approx. 1,000 procedures a year
• Specific procedures: all cardiac surgeries including à CABG, valve replacement and repair, aortic surgeries and structural heart procedures (i.e. TAVR)
• Experience in caring for post-op cardiac surgery patients in ICU and step-down setting
• Unit: CTICU and 2 pavilion stepdown – both units attached and contiguous
• EMR - EPIC
