JOB SUMMARY

Physician Assistants (PA) will be responsible for management of inpatient care for cardiac patients pre and post operatively in the ICU/ Telemetry Unit. Will also include some floor and admissions responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PA- ICU/ Telemetry

• Current New York State Licensed Physician Assistant.
• Current National Certification
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as PA in cardiac services is required.
