Westchester Medical Center, a member of the WMCHealth Network is seeking an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Arrhythmia Service at the Heart and Vascular Institute of Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Preferably the candidate will demonstrate some experience with cardiac electrophysiology, including cardiac device management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing and managing arrhythmia patients, pre-admission testing for cardiac EP procedures, cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) checks, remote monitoring for CIEDs, and general support to Physicians and Medical Assistants, all while under the supervision of attending Cardiac Electrophysiologists, in a mainly outpatient setting. The NP/PA will work full-time, Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Must hold a current New York State PA or NP license
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Cardiac Electrophysiology experience preferable
