- Base salary is tiered based on years with experience

- Case mix includes general, trauma (Level I), peds (Level II), endo, ortho, vascular, and OB
- 12,598 anesthesia cases annually (Approx 925 Annual Deliveries-about 570 epidurals & 373 C-Sections)
