We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). We offer heavy autonomy within our practice and candidate will not be medically directed by the M.D. We feel this is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate seeking professional growth. Candidate will get to work here before they sign on for a permanent position. Try before you buy! Candidate will get the opportunity to work for 2 weeks paid before accepting a full time permanent position.

This position will require CRNA's to work independently administering anesthesia with limited to NO supervision. Primary support will be for obstetrical services (labor & delivery) and part of a care team doing surgical procedures in the operating room. The CRNA will also be responsible for conducting patient assessments pre and post-operative care.

CRNA will need minimum of 3 years clinical experience including 1 year working independently (independent is a must)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska- excellent location for outdoor enthusiasts. Fishing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, snow machining, fat tire biking, etc…. Nearby airport makes travel easy!

Schedule: (40 hours) Weekday, Weekend, Night and Flex shifts available (additional compensation for time over scheduled shift)

Call: one CRNA works as 3rd call person one weekend a month (additional compensation for call)

Certification & Licensures required: NBCRNA, Alaska State License, ACLS, PALS

Excellent salary and benefits package offered; $200k-$240k based on 44 week work year.
