- Part-Time - 2 Days a Week to Start - Could turn into Full-Time
- NO NEW GRADS
- Focusing on patients recently discharged from the hospital
- Focused on helping patients transition from and stay out of the hospital
- Experienced in Internal Medicine, Chronic Disease, or Hospitalist
- Please have a CA license
- Salary is DOE
- Fantastic location right in downtown LA
- Proficient in Spanish or Medical Spanish
