Innovative, rapidly growing leader in addiction treatment is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at one of its outpatient treatment centers in Layfayette, IN.

This position is M-F, 8-5, no call, no weekends, no holidays.

It is a leader in treating opioid, cocaine, benzodiazepine and alcohol addiction.

WE HAVE PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE AS WELL.

Requirements for Nurse Practitioner / Physician's Assistant:
  • Master's degree from an accredited School of Nursing; current credentialing as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner by the state Board of Nurse Examiners
  • Current Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Controlled Substance Registration Certificate and U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) preferred
  • Substance Registration Certificate preferred
  • X-DEA waiver preferred
  • DEA-Federal License preferred
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to provide compassionate care for a diverse patient population
  • A track record of accomplishment in working in a fast paced clinic environment
** As addiction treatment is a new and growing discipline, we will consider candidates with a strong background in primary care or chronic disease management
