Outstanding opportunity for a Childhood Program &
Research Coordinator to join our large Community Health Center. The overall
duties of the program and research coordinator is to continue to develop a
research department to evaluate early childhood development programs by
coordinating and administering research study associated activities.
Required Education, Experience, Certificates & Licenses:
- BS/BA required; advanced degree (e.g. MBA, MPH, PhD, social work) preferred.
- Three years of project management experience required. Five years or more of relevant non-profit program management experience preferred.
- Experience in community engagement, with experience in building and maintaining partnerships.
- Experience working on research projects, writing IRBs, analyzing data (quantitative and qualitative) and publishing manuscripts preferred.
- Experience in program and/or project evaluation, including comfort in use of evaluation tools and methods preferred.
- Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the necessary skills and sensitivity.
- Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement.
- Fluent in English. Preferred fluency in Spanish
