Swing Shift Provider – NP/PA

Our Hospitalist group is managed in-house – NO third-party at Midland Memorial Hospital!

For Nurse Practitioners must have current State of Texas Registered Nursing License or for Physician Assistants a current TMB license.

Two years preferred clinical experience, certification in area of specialty (e.g. Inter) preferred, and BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) are required for this position.

Must be an FNP, An Acute Care NP, or a PA with adult primary care experience.

• Swing shift = admissions work 7 on/7 off from 11 am to 11 pm
• Admitting duties averaging 8 to 12 admissions per shift
• Support from day and night admitting MD
• Salary is based on 182 shifts per year with 20% incentive bonus structure added to base salary
