Role Overview

Liftique Blush, a division of Liftique, is seeking an innovative Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is ready to apply their years of experience in healthcare and gynecology to transform the medical delivery norms by increasing the access to care for women through technology, traditional and non-traditional channels.

The position will be the hands-on Director of Liftique’s In-Office Uro/Gyn “Blush” service offerings from the start. Plus, responsible for the stand up and efficient operation of Liftique Blush Telemedicine/Video Consultation Services

Liftique Blush focused on using FDA approve, non-surgical and pelvic floor health treatments and prescriptions for GSM and Urinary Incontinence conditions.

This role will report directly to the Chief of Liftique Blush with dotted line responsibility to the CEO of Liftique

Job Description

  • Will responsible for the startup of the Liftique Blush services offering that will be using a combination of tele-medicine, video consultations and in-office services for patients seeking treatment for GSM and UI conditions with non-surgical solutions.

  • Will be responsible for screening, educating, evaluation and the delivery of treatments (within the scope of licensure) to women with symptoms of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) to include but not limited to vaginal dryness, dyspareunia, stress, urge and mixed incontinence.
  • Will be trained in the utilization of a variety of energy sources used to treat the vaginal canal and vulvar skin (within the scope of licensure as allowed by California law)
  • Administer non-intravenous medications commonly used to treat symptoms of vaginal atrophy and overactive bladder
  • Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose the medical condition of patient.
  • Analyze data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment.
  • Explain medical procedures or test results to patients or family members.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
  • Refer patient to medical specialist or another practitioner when necessary
  • Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, and other medical staff.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of remote Telemedicine/Video Consultation staff.
  • Supervise patient care personnel
  • Ability to discuss sensitive information with patients and families.
  • Ability to provide a calm presence for patients in distress.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational and Licensing Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN and NP or PA Program.
  • Current California RN License.
  • Current California Nurse Practitioner or PA Certificate.
  • Maintain current national certification from approved organizations (American Nurses Credentialing Center, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, National Certification Corporation for Obstetric, Gynecologic
  • Current DEA Registration Number
  • Current California Furnishing Number
  • Current BCLS card
  • National Provider Identification Number (NPI).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
