We are currently hiring a family nurse practitioner or physician physician assistant with their certified diabetes educator credential interested in joining our primary care office in Frederick, MD.


  • Frederick Primary Care Associates has 9 locations with 54 providers (26 physicians and 28 Advanced Practitioners) who provide primary care to patients of all ages throughout Frederick County, Maryland.
  • This position will be based in our Wellness Center, where you will work closely with our Registered Dietitian (who is also a CDE) to manage patients with diabetes and their comorbidities.
  • Part-time schedule, 2-3 days per week


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience is highly preferred
  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • State licensure and board certification is required
