Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing surgical and aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery, aesthetic procedures, and perioperative patient management. This role involves providing direct patient care, assisting in surgeries, and supporting both pre- and post-operative care to ensure the highest quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient evaluations and follow-up visits.

Assist the plastic surgeon in the operating room and clinical procedures as needed.

Develop individualized care and treatment plans in collaboration with the surgical team.

Provide patient education on procedures, recovery expectations, and ongoing care.

Monitor patient progress, manage wound care, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation and utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Participate in quality improvement and practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).

Active state license

Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine prefered

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
