Your Role with the Company:

  • Flexible schedule: 4 day work week
  • Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities within a 2 hr radius of the Colby area - mileage will be reimbursed
  • In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
  • NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
  • Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
  • Open to New Graduates!
