- Dates: 12/08/2025 - Ongoing
- Schedule: 6:30-3pm ; 6:30-5pm ; 6:30-7pm ; 6:30-8pm
- 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays, 8hr Weeknight Call
- Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc.
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: BC, ACLS/BLS,
- Minimum experience required: 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
