Legacy ER & Urgent Care and Premier ER & Urgent Care are part of the Intuitive Health family of ER & Urgent Cares and combine a full-service, freestanding emergency room and a leading-edge urgent care center all in one state-of-the-art facility with the option to only pay for the care you need. We provide superior medical care in a soothing environment designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience. A board-certified emergency room physician treats all minor and major pediatric and adult emergencies. Most patients are seen within minutes upon arrival and discharged in less than an hour. An on-site laboratory provides speed and access to state-of-the-art NASA-developed equipment. We also offer on-site radiology services with real-time readings of X-rays and CT scans by a board-certified radiologist.

Intuitive Health is a fast-growing healthcare company that pioneered the first combined ER and urgent care under one roof in 2008 – Legacy ER & Urgent Care.
When Legacy ER & Urgent Care was built, it forever changed the way patients accessed, received, and paid for healthcare. By having ER and Urgent Care under one roof, patients no longer have to decide what level of care they need, and they are now being billed for the level of care they require.
After seeing how successful this hybrid retail-model was in Texas, Intuitive Health decided to bring this same model of care to other patients, communities, and employers around the country. Intuitive Health now partners with leading health systems nationwide to build, operate, and launch this combined ER and Urgent Care retail healthcare facilities.
In April of 2023 we proudly welcomed the addition of Premier ER & Urgent to the Intuitive Health family. We now offer 10 combined locations for patients to choose from in North Texas.
