Human Longevity, Inc. (HLI) has developed a prototype platform for genomics-based, technology-driven medicine called the Health Nucleus. The Health Nucleus opened in October 2015, and is located in La Jolla, CA, in the HLI Headquarters Building. The Nucleus Medical Group is co-located with the Health Nucleus, and provides specialized physician and other health professional support for Health Nucleus clients, including data collection, interpretative services, longitudinal care (using proprietary medical care modules), coaching, and monitoring using Health Nucleus baseline data, and HLI information tools.
The second Health Nucleus Clinic will be opening in San Francisco in January of 2022.
The Health Nucleus Precision Medicine Concierge Physician will be based in La Jolla or San Francisco, California. S/he will provide private medical and health management services to promote longevity and high performance for Health Nucleus clients, including personal health data collection, interpretative services, longitudinal care (using proprietary medical modules), coordinating consultation via DoctorsForMe program, lifestyle coaching and concierge primary care.
