Excellent opportunity for family practice, internal medicine, urology or anti-aging experienced MD/DO to create a CA compliant Professional Medical Corp (PMC) affiliated with a CA compliant Medical Service Organization (MSO) in Folsom, CA. The initial focus will provide a highly effective erectile dysfunction (ED) remediation protocol sistered with advice regarding aging men’s sexual and ancillary health needs. Start up planned for early Jan 2022.

MSO will provide office space in an attractive, convenient office complex including a reception area, two exam rooms, doctor’s office exam room, and an administrative office. MSO also provides business administration, medical equipment, business personnel, medical personnel at the direction of the PMC, and marketing and advertising services to the PMC. Medical services will be rendered through in-office appointments and telemedicine consultations as determined by the PMC.

The market area is a one hour driving radius from Folsom, CA, the northern California Central Valley area, a significant market with over 180,000 men 65+ with an ED likelihood of 60-70%. Proforma estimates for initial 12 mos of operations are 550 to 700 clients using extensive pull print and radio advertising. This is about a ½ of one percent of affected men in the market area creating revenues in the $1.4M to $1.5M range. After expenses administered by the MSO, residual first year PMC net income is estimated to be $350,000 to $400,000. After the initial year, the clinic’s business strategy will build and expand those revenues with referrals and adding other related protocols.

All organizational structure, agreements and procedures will comply with CA Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) requirements as confirmed by legal counsels for both the PMC and MSO.
