Growing primary care group seeking to add internists or family medicine physicians to multiple locations throughout the state of Florida. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on acute and post-acute care while working closely with other facilities to prevent readmission to hospitals. The PCP will also work jointly with the applicable managers and medical directors to ensure compliance with guidelines along with participating in risk and quality management programs and clinical meetings as required that promote patient health and company goals.
