Blackfoot Physicians & Surgeons is a physician owned company based in Blackfoot, Idaho. We have practices in both Blackfoot and Shelley, Idaho. We are in partnership with Mountain View Hospital based out of Idaho Falls, Idaho. We employ physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistant/associates.
