Contracted to provide Value Based Primary Care coverage with Simply Healthcare ( Anthem), CarePlus ( Humana). United Healthcare ( Optum & Wellmed), Cigna MA plans, Florida Blue MA, Freedom & Adventist Healthcare.

Developing a Diabetes Center to educate & manage patients with Endocrinologist & Dietitian.
