The foundation of GiaCare’s healthcare staffing experience has been working with government agencies such as the Department of Defense. Our experience includes working with acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, troop medical clinics, soldier readiness processing sites, and occupational health clinics.
The GiaCare team takes the time to understand our clients’ needs, culture, mission, and expectations so that we can formulate effective solutions and implement a plan of action. The staffing services we offer are extensive and include both clinical and behavioral health as identified below.

Company History
GiaCare was established in 1998 to provide IT solutions to healthcare organizations via GiaSpace. After many years of providing IT solutions, GiaCare entered the healthcare staffing arena having recognized the connection between technology and staffing. In December of 2010, the SBA awarded GiaCare an (8a) certification along with Women Owned, Minority Owned, and Small Disadvantaged Business designations. Additionally, in August 2012, the SBA approved a Mentor-Protégé Agreement for GiaCare. Having secured the appropriate tools from the SBA and our mentor company, GiaCare has been actively involved in the procurement of government healthcare staffing service contracts.
We have established a proven model that leverages the synergies of human capital and state-of-the-art technology and continue to invest in process improvement to augment our solid infrastructure. This enables us to successfully support and expedite growth and to strategically position ourselves to effectively serve our customers and employees.
