Sales Representative - Western Territory

We are a growing, technology-based company and we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our dedicated distributed team.
The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience preferably in selling Healthcare web-based services or other tech products. This is a work-from-home opportunity with competitive salary, commission, and bonus structure. There are no commission or bonus caps.
The Sales Representative is also a motivated, self-starter who can be available between the hours of 9 and 5 PM CST and PST along with being willing to work in some cases where customer schedules require calls earlier or later in the day. This position will cover the Mississippi River west.
As a Sales Representative, you will make direct sales calls to healthcare employers, recruiters, and staffing agencies. Duties will include sales to an existing customer base and heavy new customer development. Candidate must be comfortable in a cold calling and prospecting environment and be willing to invest the time it takes to develop new business. Work from your home. Travel to quarterly conferences is required. Additional travel to companies encouraged.
Since this is a remote, work-from-home position, candidate must also install computer activity tracking software which will be provided at our expense as well as ensure that 100% of all activity is reported into our CRM system. Initial, salaried 30-day trial period to ensure you can perform the functions this position requires.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA or Master's degree required
- Minimum of 2-5 years successful sales experience
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop and to close sales. Must be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
- Strong time management skills a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare, products, pricing, competition and sales objectives
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, ZOHO, SalesForce or other CRM.
- Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
- Must be able to work in a distributed team setting
EDUCATION

We are a growing, technology-based company and we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help support the Sales team.
The primary function of the role is to cultivate client relationships, support the sales team, and build long term customer loyalty within the assigned customers.
The Sales Support Specialist will lead and coordinate efforts to meet the needs of key customers.
The candidate will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
This is an office-based position that is responsible for the proactive management of strategic customers. The candidate will schedule phone meetings (inbound calling) and account reviews with assigned customers for the purpose of securing and/or renewing existing revenues and identifying and securing new revenue opportunities. When new revenue opportunities exist, potential customer will be funneled to Sales Team.
The Sales Support Specialist will serve as the customer advocate for assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction with all company services and products that affect the customer. Interface with other departments through written and verbal communications to handle any specific customer needs, problems, inquiries or questions
This position will include working closely with Sales to transfer calls to appropriate staff. Recommend process improvements. Answer phones and get name, email, phone number, and pass to the appropriate sales person.
The Sales Support Specialist will continue to contact customers for feedback and testimonials as well as research projects and call, email or collect information to cultivate new sales leads.
The candidate will assist the Accounting Department when necessary in performing collections on assigned accounts., manage the monthly Aging Report (A.R.) and interface with accounting to ensure payments are made/received and follow through is done properly (The A.R. should be maintained and updated regularly), and research billing issues as needed.
The Sales Support Specialist will provide ongoing competitive and market feedback to the company, including researching competitors, knowing their new product roll outs, pricing changes, features and benefits.
The Sales Support Specialist will prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and templates as well as performing other duties as requested by the Sales team. This position will remain current on changes in service offerings and procedures.

EDUCATION
- College degree with a focus in business, communications, marketing or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
