**Surgical Oncology opening in Michigan**_x000D_ _x000D_ * Located in ***Saginaw, MI*** - 103m from Detroit; 28m from Midland_x000D_ * Employed; Academic_x000D_ * Looking for a full-time BC/BE Surgical Oncologist to join our twelve-member department. _x000D_ * This role includes resident and medical student education, as well as faculty clinic. _x000D_ * Must be fellowship trained in oncology_x000D_ _x000D_ **Position detalis:**_x000D_ _x000D_ * 90% Clinical work _x000D_ -Provide clinical supervision, in conjunction with other faculty, for resident clinics, outpatient procedures, and in-patient settings including evaluation of residents and/or medical students in the hospitals._x000D_ -Maintain an independent practice without educational responsibilities for medical students and residents._x000D_ -Supervise residents and/or students who may be taken on electives and inpatient services._x000D_ * Administrative duties_x000D_ * Research - Contributes to the departmental research objective on a continual basis. This amounts to an average of one day per month for scholarly activity, which would include work on regional or national presentations, research mentoring, and peer-reviewed publications as required by ACGME.
