- Required Procedures: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, Regional anesthesia, Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart), Complex Orthopedic Cases, Spinal Anesthesia, and Neurosurgical Cases.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
