Palm Beach Health Network is expanding its Graduate Medical Education Program! We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Program Director for the new Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Program located at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Direct the inpatient training of residents along with the requirements of outpatient longitudinal, team-based, continuity experience in accordance with ACGME requirements.
• Approximately 50% of the Program Director's time must be dedicated to administrative responsibilities for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program. The remaining time will be dedicated to clinical time, including rounding with the residents in the hospital, etc.
• Delivering didactics, journal clubs, daily patient clinical rounds and grand rounds, as well as assisting residents in the development of scholarly activities consistent with the goals and objectives of the residency program.

• Board certification by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
• Three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, or qualifications acceptable to the ACGME Review Committee
• Ongoing clinical activity required
• Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team to create an educational environment that promotes high-quality care, patient safety and resident well-being
• Must hold a current Florida medical license or ability to obtain an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Florida

Delray Medical Center, a 536-bed Comprehensive Stroke and Level 1 Trauma Center, is located on a beautiful 42-acre campus. Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital is a 66-bed rehabilitation hospital situated on the campus of Delray Medical Center and is the only state designated brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation program in Palm Beach County by the State of Florida, Department of Health.
