Facility is in need of an APP for the following dates:

• 6/3/2024 6am - 6am 6/5/2024
• 6/24/2024 6am - 6am 7/1/2024
• 7/3/2024 6am - 6am 7/6/2024
• 7/22/2024 6am - 6am 7/29/2024
• 8/5/2024 6am - 6am 8/12/2024
• 8/19/2024 6am - 6am 8/26/2024

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The APPs work until done and then the Locums are on call the rest of the night. They can leave the hospital once everything is done, which is usually around 3 pm. Usual arrival to get to the hospital is between 0600 and 0630.

• 1-2 providers needed
• 10 consecutive days of concurrent night/day shift per month
• 8 hour on-site, inpatient shift with remainder on-call/coverage
• 24/7 call support – will take first call – reasonable volume but not overwhelming
• Prefer experience (including ICU)
• Vein harvesting required
• No clinic – inpatient only including OR hospital rounding (including ICU)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• MI License: Required at time of name clear - no exceptions, not accepting IMLC
• Board Certified - Required
• Vein harvesting - Required - must be notated at name clear
• Covid Vaccination - Required
• Local providers, or limited travel - Required
• Clean background - Required, no exceptions
